15khz/2000W Ultrasonic Welding Converter Transducer
The ultrasonic plastic welding transducer transmits the ultrasonic wave to the plastic processing parts through the welding head, which makes the two plastic joint surfaces produce violent friction due to the ultrasonic effect. The friction heat makes the plastic joint surface melt and complete the bonding. This technology has the advantages of fast speed, firm welding seam, and more importantly, it can make the production and processing of plastic products automatic. Ultrasonic plastic welding machine can be used for plastic welding, embedding, forming, riveting, spot welding, cutting, sewing and other operations. As long as the welding head is changed, it can be used in many applications.
