Its working principle is to use the high frequency of ultrasonic wave to convert high frequency kinetic energy through transducer, and then act on the liquid medium in the cleaning tank, so that the liquid produces cavitation, continuously forms numerous tiny bubbles, and bursts rapidly, producing impact force to impact the surface of the object, making the surface dirt detached, so as to achieve the cleaning effect.
There are many specifications, mainly depending on the size of the cleaning tank and the ultrasonic power. And there are many technical parameters. Among them, the frequency of ultrasound is more important. It is related to the result of cleaning. The lower the frequency, the stronger the cleaning force will be, but the fineness will be worse. It is suitable for hardware and other items. The higher the frequency, the higher the fineness, but the weaker the intensity will be. It is suitable for some high-precision parts. Among them, 40KHz frequency is the most universal, suitable for most workpiece cleaning.
